I was browsing for some mattresses in a store yesterday when I remembered watching Adam Sandler’s movie “Click” with Kate Beckinsale and what made me think of it is because of the scene in the movie where Adam Sandler’s character went to a store to find a universal remote control and he went through a bunch of mattresses as he went deeper in to the store, then of course, after that, he got in to weird situations until eventually to his demise, only to wake up on a bed inside the store, being watched by a sales clerk in the store. I was just wondering if there are such mattresses that can make you dream that way and see everything like it happened in real life… then who needs movies? You can just lie down on your bed, shut your eyes, wait for you to sleep and then the magic happens where you see yourself in all sorts of adventure, and the best part is, you remember everything when you wake up, in contrast to what factual science states that we remember only the last part of our dreams and it is always black and white. Anyway, I don’t think there will ever be one so that should just stay in my dreams.

Research has shown that the movie Night at the Museum has a big impact to the society. The amounts of people visiting museums in the United States have more than doubled. It’s reasonable I guess, for I even found myself more hooked into museums and art galleries after seeing the movie. I was even elated by the sequel; The Battle of Smithsonian is one of the superb comedy flicks that really caught my eye candy. I think I took it to more serious steps when I booked for a short trip to Russia. This tourism country, known for architectural landscapes, space adventures, culture and food is also known for Russian art gallery like the Tsereteli Art Gallery and a lot more museums. In my itinerary I made sure that I would visit the museum of submarine because I’ve never seen a museum like that and the very famous museum of heroes. My curiosity has been killing me as the time of my flight approaches. I’ve been to many museums before but I guess it’s kind of different this time. I am very excited to know about tsars, classicism epoch and ancient Russian history. I think I can find a character more interesting than Kahmunrah.

I got referred to a web site by a friend where he said I can get free movie downloads + divx formats. Since I really love movies, I immediately went to the site 66stage to get me some new movies. When I got there, I was surprised that the home page showed me tons of new movies and they are all ready for download in just a matter of clicking them. When I tried to click the movie X Men Origins: Wolverine, I got a bit disappointed because the pop up window sent me to a signup page where I have to pay them via credit card before I could make a download. But then again I thought; only stage66 can get me unlimited download of movies for a 3 Year VIP Access and give me support for only $12.97 per year. I signed up anyway, even though I thought that the ad is a bit phony because it only gets free when you pay for it. I don’t think I will ever find a web site that would offer great value than this and right now, I am enjoying tons of movies and even TV series… I can finally watch Heroes with no commercial break!

I’m an avid fan of Hugh Jackman, even to the point that my boyfriend gets jealous sometimes. There’s no movie of him that I didn’t watch and I make sure that I’ve researched his upcoming movie even before a trailer or information is officially released. I just love his acting and even his hosting skills impressed me His latest hosting of the Oscars I think proved that he’s really one of the best actors in time. There’s one time that I missed his interview with Ellen,good thing there’s YouTube for me to catch up. The interview was more than 12 minutes so the video was in two installment series. After watching the first part and the second part I found a related video entitled Wolverine in military aircraft Europe. My first instinct was to automatically click the video and to my dismay it was just a guy wearing a Wolverine outfit while flying a mig-29. I should have been pissed because some people are just too good at playing jerks especially in YouTube but I let it passed. It was a good laugh though and I even read the comment, the video was taken from their adventure tours in Russia.

I made it a pledge to collect movies that I really love and I was able to find a very reliable web site to provide me with most of the films that I want to have. I have been collecting for quite some time now and it was way back when DVD is not yet available. But of course, since DVDs have better quality now compared to a normal video CD, I have decided to reevaluate my collection and buy DVD versions of the video compact discs that I bought before, replacing them in the process.

I love the idea of going to my closet, selecting a movie of my choice and watch them anytime I want. My collection has also made me popular to my friends because I have become their personal consultant of which movies to watch in certain occasions. I even get to help them whenever they have dates because they get to borrow some from me that their partners really love to watch. I also collect tons of sports DVDs and my favorite ones are the ones from the National Basketball Association, since I like basketball so much. There are also some concert series in there of some of my favorite artists and bands over the years, from the Beatles to Jason Mraz.

And of course, my collection would not be complete without pro wrestling in it as I have a lot of DVDs in there, from pay per views to biographies. I guess what I really want here is to have some sort of time machine where I could look back at the past through the movies that I have.

I was talking to my friend and we were trying to catch up since we haven’t seen each other for a while now. He told me he just gotten married and he wants to distribute a video containing the whole thing to his guests as a part of the souvenir. “Instead of dishing out hundreds of dollars to have an 8mm film transfer done professionally, what’s the optimal way to do it yourself?” Something that my friend has asked me last night and he added that he already has a DVD-burner, a fire wire and capture cards on his computer. How can he do a film transfer? Is there a way to go straight from 8mm film to DVD and computer or does he have to go to VHS, and then from VHS to DVD.

I told him if he is really that desperate to save money and just do the recording himself, I could let him use my ATI video card since it has a port where he can plug his camcorder and maybe he could just buy a DVD burner if he really wants to give DVDs to all the people that attended his wedding. But still, I told him that it would be better to give it to the pros since it is an event to remember.

The last Shia Labeouf movie I saw was Transformers and I really liked him a lot. So when I heard that he is the star in the new movie Eagle Eye, I didn’t hesitate and went to see it. If you love action type of film, then you got to see Eagle Eye. The movie is filled with car chasing scenes that can leave you at the edge of your seat and blow your mind. Although the movie was action packed, I feel that there is something missing. Maybe it has no romantic element in it that most action films have.

The story revolves around two people Jerry and Rachel who have no connection with each other but ended up both in car and being chase by cops. They both got mysterious phone call from a woman who told them they have been activated. The story goes on with mind boggling events that are so exciting. Overall I liked the movie but there was something lacking from it that I couldn’t pinpoint.

This movie was really much awaited however it was not really publicized that well. There were actually no trailers of tropic thunder. As an avid movie fan, I definitely notice this kind of things. Can you imagine putting Black, cruise, downer jr and stiller? Isn’t the result success without really considering the plot? However the movie in that area wouldn’t fail to disappoint as you can find a good number of twist and turn. Part of the charm was it’s a movie but not really. Five notable actors and an amateur director were brought together by a rich business man to recreate a book about the Vietnam War. As expected, it didn’t go well as five actors that have attitude problems got lost in the jungle and was face to face with real enemy.

This movie is so funny and amazing. Having a star studded cast adds to the excitement. I was really blown away in the first part where they showed advertisements and trailers. It was hilarious and the jokes are just right to make you laugh.

MTV channel or Music Television is hosting a film awarding ceremony that is happening annually. This mtv movies awards is becoming popular. The nominees for the award categories are decided by a panel headed by Joel Gallen who spearheaded this whole concept. The winners are decided by the public who have voted via the viewers. Back then the movie awards were just taped and just last year it was first shown live.

Before, the whole production was completely shown in different order. Everything was taped including the speeches and announcement of winners. All it takes it to have a good editor and it will look like it is live. They do this to remove foul language and any indecent acts done by celebrities. This is very convenient to the audience. Just last year, Mark Burnett took over and decide to make everything live. There are sites that can update you with the winners of the said awards
